Level II Trauma Center

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary:
Starting at $235,000+, with higher compensation based on experience
Sign-On Bonus:
$60,000 with a 3-year commitment
Student Loan Repayment:
Up to $100,000 with a 5-year commitment

Premium Overtime Pay:
$185/hour
Paid Time Off:
280 hours annually

Practice Environment
✅ Independent CRNA model with strong clinical autonomy
⚕️ Approximately 1 anesthesiologist for every 8–10 CRNAs
Established team of 7 CRNAs looking to add 2 providers
Robust regional and nerve block anesthesia program
Diverse clinical experience at a Level II Trauma Center
Diverse Case Mix Gain experience across a broad range of surgical specialties, including:
General Surgery
Orthopedics
Neurosurgery
Obstetrics (OB)
❤️ Cardiac Surgery
Trauma
Bariatric and transplant cases are excluded. ENT cases generally involve healthy patients.
❤️ Cardiac & Call Opportunities
❤️ Cardiac-trained CRNAs may participate in cardiac call
24-hour in-house call opportunities
⏱️ All call hours count toward the 80-hour pay period
Significant overtime earning potential through the call structure
Ideal Candidate Profile Required Qualifications:
✅ Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Eligible for Ohio licensure
Strong clinical experience across a variety of anesthesia cases
Preferred Qualifications:
❤️ Cardiac anesthesia experience or training
Interest in an autonomous CRNA practice model
Comfort with trauma and diverse surgical cases
