A CRNA-led anesthesia team in McMinnville, Oregon is seeking a CRNA to practice independently with meaningful clinical autonomy and a broad case mix. Schedule Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM | No night shifts Average 32-40 hours/week Call 1:7 weekdays & weekends | Post-call day always off | Take call from home Case Mix General surgery, orthopedics, OB/L&D, bariatrics, urology, gynecology, healthy pediatrics, and regional anesthesia opportunities Compensation & Benefits W2: $300,000 | 1099: $360,000 Signing bonus up to $50,000 13 weeks guaranteed PTO Medical 100% covered | Dental & Vision 75% covered Professional liability $1M/$3M included 401(k) with 3% employer match $2,500 CME reimbursement | License fees & AANA dues covered No moonlighting restrictions Requirements Active Oregon CRNA license (or eligibility) NBCRNA board certification DEA registration BLS/ACLS
