Were recruiting for a full-time CRNA position in Baltimore, Maryland , within a nationally recognized hospital known for high-acuity cases, cutting-edge procedures, and strong physician collaboration .
Location Baltimore, MD Prime East Coast metro with easy access to Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, and NYC
Waterfront city with vibrant dining, sports, and culture
Convenient travel via major airports and rail
Practice Setting & Scope High-volume, complex hospital environment
Collaborative ACT model (approx. 4:1 supervision)
Strong support structure with experienced anesthesiology team
Case Mix Includes: Neurosurgery (DBS, AVMs, aneurysms, advanced cranial/spine)
Orthopedics & spine
General surgery
Urology
Additional complex inpatient procedures
No OB and no trauma call
Schedule MondayFriday
40 hours/week
No call, no weekends, no holidays
Compensation & Benefits Highly competitive base salary with strong total earning potential
Sign-on bonus + additional incentive opportunities
Overtime available at premium rates
