CRNA Vermont
Location: Vermont
Start: ASAP
End: Ongoing
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Call: 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM as scheduled; call response time 30 minutes; late room 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Setting: Supervision model is site specific
Travel and Lodging: Travel support is available based on provider availability
EMR: Medaxion
Position Overview
Locum tenens CRNA coverage in a hospital settingProficiency with spinals, blocks, and epidurals requiredCase logs required (proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks)
Clinical Scope

Required Qualifications
CRNAActive, unrestricted Vermont license (required to start the application)DEA requiredACLS, BLS, and PALS (AHA required as applicable)Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
Credentialing
Credentialing timeframe noted as 60 to 90 days (site dependent)
