n Licenses & Certificationsn

n Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the team member practices, andn

n Nurse Anesthetist certification (CRNA) issued by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists, andn

n Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber license issued by the state of Wisconsin, andn

n Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration issued by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Registration, andn

n Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) needs to be obtained within 6 months unless department leader has determined it is not required, andn

n Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification (ACLS) issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) needs to be obtained within 6 months unless department leader has determined it is not required, orn

n Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)/American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) needs to be obtained within 6 months unless department leader has determined it is not required.n
