JOB REQUIREMENTS
Licenses: Active WV license
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS
Experience: Minimum 2 years in CRNA
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical cases including general, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, thoracic, pediatrics, neuro, cardiac, and endoscopy.
Work primarily at Memorial Hospital Main ORs, with flexibility to work at other hospitals within the system.
Manage anesthesia for all age groups (neonates to geriatrics), both inpatient and outpatient.
Maintain flexible schedule with 5x8-hour or 4x10-hour shifts, including weekend availability as needed.
Ensure compliance with ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications and WV licensure.
