Job description
Role: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Location: Geneva, NY
Position: Full Time + Benefits & Sign on Bonus
Pre-anesthesia assessment
Review patient medical history
Perform physical assessment
Determine the safest anesthesia plan
Administer anesthesia General anesthesia
Regional anesthesia (spinal or epidural)
Local anesthesia and sedation
Monitor patients during procedures Track vital signs such as heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen levels
Adjust anesthesia levels as needed
Patient safety management Manage airways and breathing
Respond to emergencies during surgery
Post-anesthesia care Monitor recovery from anesthesia
Manage pain and side effects
Collaboration with healthcare team Work with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
