Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Location: Bigfork, Minnesota Schedule: Full-Time | Days | No Weekends | On-Site Compensation: $218,000–$270,000 annually

You'll work alongside experienced surgeons and clinical staff, providing comprehensive anesthesia care across a variety of surgical procedures—all with a predictable Monday-Friday schedule and no weekends.
What You'll Do
Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
Administer anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures.
Provide post-anesthesia care, pain management, and monitor patient recovery.
Collaborate closely with physicians, surgeons, nursing, and surgical staff.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Participate in quality improvement and continuing education initiatives.
Qualifications
Required
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
NBCRNA certification.
Minnesota RN/APRN license (or eligible).
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification (or ability to obtain).
Ability to practice independently with strong clinical judgment.
Preferred
Rural or Critical Access Hospital experience.
Regional anesthesia experience.
Interest in serving a community-focused healthcare organization.
