Job Requirements
Current CRNA certification and active Nurse Anesthetist experience
Active Ohio CRNA license, or willingness to obtain
NBCRNA board certification required
AANA certification required
BLS and PALS required
Most recent NPDB Self-Query Report within 30 days required
New graduates considered; pediatric anesthesia experience required
Neonatal anesthesia and/or pediatric experience preferred
Strong communication, customer service, and basic computer skills
Excellent manual dexterity and physical/emotional stamina
Responsibilities
Provide anesthesia care for neonatal and pediatric patients in an operating room setting
Collaborate with anesthesiologists and the care team to develop and implement safe anesthesia plans
Perform pre-operative assessments and participate in induction, maintenance, and emergence of anesthesia
Support a high-performing surgical environment with a variety of cases
Deliver safe, compassionate, and efficient patient care throughout the perioperative process
Contribute to a collaborative team culture focused on quality, safety, and excellent patient outcomes
