Job description
Job Title: Locum to Perm - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Join our state-of-the-art Anesthesia Department in Dayton, Ohio, recently named the Best Place to Work in Ohio by Forbes for two consecutive years. We are seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to enhance our team. Job Responsibilities: Provide anesthesia care for neonates and pediatric patients in collaboration with anesthesiologists.
Develop and implement anesthesia care plans based on pre-operative assessments.
Work in a Level 1 Trauma Center with an average of 1-15 surgical cases per day.
Participate in 8 or 10 hour shifts, with no call, holidays, or weekends.
Supervise or work alongside a team that includes physicians, anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and nursing staff.
Contribute to a collaborative work environment focused on delivering high-quality patient care.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Graduation from an accredited AANA-approved nurse anesthesia program.
Current CRNA certification.
Licensure in the State of Ohio.
PALS certification.
Strong communication, customer service, and basic computer skills.
Excellent manual dexterity and physical/emotional stamina.
License and Certification Requirements: NBCRNA Board Certified - REQUIRED
AANA certification - REQUIRED
BLS/PALS - REQUIRED
Ohio License - REQUIRED
