nAbout the Opportunity:
nGastro Health is seeking per diem CRNAs to join our outpatient endoscopy center in Hollywood, Florida. Our CRNA-only model is an exceptional opportunity to play an active part in delivering high-quality GI care and grow your expertise with a collaborative endoscopy team, predictable weekday hours, and the stability of a nationally recognized organization backed by strong local leadership.
nAs a CRNA with Gastro Health, you will:
nnProvide autonomous anesthesia care for endoscopic procedures in premier ASCs
nWork alongside experienced gastroenterologists, nurses, and dedicated support staff

nExperience a workflow designed for efficiency, safety, and a reasonable daily case volume

nEnjoy a 7am – 4pm weekday schedule; no nights, no weekends, no holidays – and no call
n nCompensation & Benefits: ABOVE AVERAGE ACROSS THE BOARD
nW2 Per Diem: $150/hour
nnShift guarantee (8 hours minimum per day)
nCompany-paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage
n401(k) retirement plans
nAnnual profit-sharing contribution to 401(k) (3% of annual salary)
n nCandidate Requirements:
nnMaster's or doctorate degree in nurse anesthesiology
nCurrent CRNA licensure and ACLS certification
nMinimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred
nAbility to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary care team
nStrong communication skills and excellent clinical judgment
nCommitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care
