Job Details & Schedule Specialty: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Location: Eureka, CA
Dates Needed: November 23 December 11, 2026
Shift Schedule: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
Coverage Type: Outpatient / Clinic Only (No call requirements)
Hours & Overtime: 8 guaranteed hours per day
UPDATED Dates Needed:
11/23 - 11/29 (not 11/26)
12/7 - 12/11
Strict Compliance & File Screening File Clearance: 100% Clean Files Only Candidates with malpractice settlements, DUIs/substance issues, restrictions, terminations, or medical board actions will be declined immediately.
Submission Packet Requirements: Current CV, active CA license, DEA, RFA, 24 months of activity history, completed application, and immediate-response references.
Requirements & Credentials Board Certification: Board Certified (BC) only
Life Support Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
Licensure & Registrations: Active California (CA) state license & DEA required
EMR System: Epic
Credentialing Timeline: 30 Days (Temporary privileges available for clean files)
