The Role:
Location: Fortuna - Eureka, CA 95540
Assignment duration: 12/1/2026 - Ongoing
Type: PerDiem
Shift Type: Hospital and Call. Regular Hours: 8 hours. Provider minimum: 5 shifts per month.
In House Call: 24hr weekend call (beeper)
Cases: General anesthesia (adult, pediatric), spinal anesthesia, regional anesthesia; central line and arterial line placement.
OT: Applies after 8 hours.
Patient Encounters Per Shift: 7-10
Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Not required
Credentialing Timeframe: 15-30 days
