Location: IN
Schedule: Per diem dates (as documented); no call; 6-hour daily guarantee (negotiable)
Position Overview
Provide anesthesia coverage in an ambulatory surgery center settingCRNA-only practice modelClinical Scope Highlights
Case types include pain management, ENT, orthopedics, endoscopy, and general surgeryRegional block experience requiredAverage 4-6 cases per provider per day; 2 roomsPatient ages: 6 months to 100 (healthy)Required Qualifications
Active Indiana licenseBoard CertifiedACLS, BLS, PALSMinimum 1 year experienceCredentialing / Onboarding Items
Credentialing timeframe: 1-2 weeks (as documented)Benefits
