CRNA Ohio
Order ID:
Location: Ohio
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (ASAP ongoing upon credentialing)
Call: Call every third night and every third weekend (OR call only, no OB); call response time 45 minutes
Setting: Hospital based coverage; independent CRNA practice model
Travel and Lodging: Travel and lodging support may be available
EMR: Epic
Position Overview
Hospital based CRNA coverage with adult patient population notedProficiency with spinals, blocks, and epidurals requiredCase logs required (proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks)

Required Qualifications
Active Ohio licenseBLS, ACLS, and PALS through AHACandidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
Credentialing
Credentialing timeframe noted as 60 to 90 days
