Job description
Credentialing timeframe: 1-3 months; temps can be granted
Start: ASAP
Length of contract: 3-6 month
Shift: 5x8, 40 hr/wk. No weekend. No call. (Let us know the providers availability)
Independent practice. - No new grads. Must have experience working in Independent Practice Model
Types of cases: Endo, OB, General, Ortho
Do the CRNAs need to do blocks, spinals, and epidurals? YES
EMR: Cerner
State License Requirements Indiana
Additional License Requirements No new grads. Must have experience working in Independent Practice Model.
