Locum CRNA - Greater Fort Worth, Texas Flexible 8s/10s/12s Days, Nights & Weekends Call Options Ongoing Need
Palm Health Resources is recruiting Locum CRNAs for an ongoing hospital-based opportunity in the Greater Fort Worth area beginning 2027 . This is a strong option for CRNAs looking for schedule flexibility, a care-team environment, and the ability to build consistent long-term coverage.
Assignment Details Start: 2027
Duration: Initial 3-month term with ongoing extension potential
Need: 3 CRNAs
Schedule: Flexible mix of 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts
Coverage: Days, in-house nights, weekends, and home/beeper call options
Call: In-house and home call coverage available/required depending on schedule
Practice Model: Care Team Model
Setting: Community hospital
Trauma: Level III
Hospital Size: Approximately 140 beds
EMR/Systems: Meditech, Medaxion, QGenda
Experience: Experienced CRNAs preferred; strong new graduates considered
Board Status: BE/BC considered
Credentialing: Temporary/emergency privileges may be available
Orientation: First day on site
Clinical Environment The hospital is a modern community facility serving one of the fastest-growing areas of North Texas. CRNAs work within a supported anesthesia care-team model in a full-service hospital environment with a broad community-based surgical population.
Compensation Competitive 1099 compensation based on coverage, schedule flexibility, experience, and overall commitment.
Providers able to offer consistent blocks, nights, weekends, call, or longer-term coverage may command stronger rates.

Greater Fort Worth This assignment is located in the north Fort Worth / Alliance corridor , part of a large master-planned area with extensive restaurants, retail, residential communities, recreation, and convenient access to I-35W. The broader Fort Worth area offers professional sports, the Stockyards, museums, live music, restaurants, and easy access throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Alliance area itself is a major mixed-use employment and residential center with substantial dining and retail nearby.
Airport Access Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW): approximately 20-30 minutes from the general assignment area under normal traffic conditions. DFW provides extensive nonstop domestic and international service and is the primary commercial airport for the region. AllianceTexas materials place the broader Alliance area approximately 15 minutes from DFW Airport, although actual drive times vary by exact starting point and traffic. Fort Worth
