URGENT NEED: Locum Tenens CRNA
Location: Fortuna, CA
EMR: Epic
Start Date: September 28, 2026 (Ongoing Coverage)
Credentialing Timeline: Days (Fast-Track / Temporary Privileges Available)
CRITICAL APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS (CLEAN FILE MANDATE) Zero Malpractice / Board Actions: Candidate MUST have a 100% clean background to qualify for emergency temporary privileges. Any history of settlements, DUIs, drug issues, license restrictions, terminations, or Medical Board actions will be immediately declined.
Immediate Submission Package: Updated CV (documenting the last 24 months of activity), RFA, completed application, and responsive references on standby.
Schedule & Shift Breakdown Coverage Type: Inpatient Hospital (Daily Shifts) + Weekend Beeper Call
Guaranteed Hours: 8 hours per day (OT applies after 8 hours daily)
Confirmed Shift Schedule:
10/26 - 10/29: 7a-3p
10/30 - 11/1: 24- hr call shifts
Qualifications & Licensing Board Status: Board Certified (BC) or truly Board Eligible (BE)
Licensure: Active California License & Active DEA
Certifications: Active Basic Life Support (BLS)
