A rewarding locum tenens opportunity awaits in Fortuna, CA, for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) seeking a dynamic role in an inpatient setting. This position involves providing anesthesia services at a hospital with a focus on regional, spinal, and pediatric anesthesia for a variety of surgeries including orthopedic and thoracic procedures. The role includes participation in 24-hour weekend call shifts on specific dates.

Job Responsibilities Provide anesthesia for various surgeries, including complete orthopedic and thoracic cases
Manage central and arterial line placements
Oversee anesthesia in pediatric and adult surgical cases
Be on call for 24-hour shifts on specific outlined dates
Qualifications Board Certification Eligible or Board Certified in Nurse Anesthesia
Active license and DEA
BLS certification required
Experience in general, spinal, and regional anesthesia
Working Hours Specific dates outlined: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM shifts
Participation in 24-hour call shifts on selected weekends
Skills Proficiency in general and regional anesthesia
Pediatric and adult anesthesia experience
Central and arterial line placement
