Job description
Role Overview: The position involves working as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in a leading hospital, collaborating with physicians and medical teams to deliver anesthesia for various procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing direct patient care and documenting care activities.
Participating in professional development and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Prepping patients by completing records, reviewing labs, and initiating anesthesia when appropriate.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum education includes a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree in Nursing; Master's Degree preferred.
At least 2 years of experience; supervision experience not required.
Current RN and CRNA certifications; licensure as a Certified RN Anesthetist.
Participating in anesthesia coverage across diverse hospital areas, including OR, outpatient centers, labs, and radiology.
Engaging in a call schedule with minimal overnight calls, from home with a 30-minute requirement.
Contributing to a team focused on patient safety, high-quality care, and a supportive work culture.
Additional Information:
The role offers competitive salary starting at $243,500 for new grads, with sign-on bonuses, supplemental pay, and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and tuition assistance.
