The Role:
Location: Gloucester, VA 23061
Assignment duration: 359
Shift Type: 8-10 hours. Regular Hours: Required. Shift hours: 07:00 AM - 04:00 PM.
Cases: Endo, Ortho, Ophthalmology, General, Urology, Vascular, Gyn, ENT
Completion bonus: $12,000 for 13 weeks (520 hours)
Lodging/Housing Stipend: $110 daily
Car Rental / Mileage Stipend: $250 weekly

Responsibilities include: Pre-anesthesia assessment; obtaining and/or verifying patient consent; discussing anesthetic options and risks with the patient; induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia; monitoring of the patient's physiological condition; and performance of clinical intervention as needed.
Requirements: Current license as a registered professional nurse; graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education; and current certification or recertification by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (or meeting requirements and awaiting initial certification as applicable).
