Option 1: Chief CRNA - Leadership Role This Chief CRNA position blends hands-on clinical practice with team leadership in a collaborative rural hospital setting. Ideal for an experienced CRNA ready to step into a leadership role while maintaining strong clinical involvement.

Compensation: $350,000 annually
Leadership Stipend: $20,000
Commencement Bonus: $40,000
Schedule: 2 weeks on / 1 week off
Time Off: 17 weeks annually
Call: Every other night; every 4th weekend
Required Skills: OR and OB
Hospital Size: 25 beds
