Local Team Collaboration:

Qualification:
Board-certified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA).
Interest in practicing at the top of your license in a supportive, team-based setting.
Open to candidates launching their careers or seeking a professional change.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Scheduling:
Monday - Friday 7 am - 3 pm (additional pay for hours worked after 3 pm).
1:6 called - shared equally from home with a 30-minute call back.
9 weeks STO
Post call day off
Key Responsibilities:
Manage general bread and butter cases and OB. No heads. No hearts
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a family-like culture where camaraderie is key.

Compensation and Additional Benefits:
Guaranteed salary of $285k, which includes a quality bonus and call pay.
Generous 9 weeks of paid time off annually.
