Duration: Ongoing, with flexibility for immediate placement
Shift: 8 or 10-hour shifts; Monday or Friday shifts, no on-call
Hours/Week: 32-40
Employment Type: Locum (with potential for permanent placement)
Licenses/Certifications: Michigan RN/CRNA license; BLS, ACLS, PALS
Experience: Prior CRNA experience preferred

What You ll Do:Administer anesthesia for general surgical cases, including pediatric and adult patients
Provide anesthesia care for neurosurgical and spinal procedures
Perform spinal and local infiltration anesthesia as needed
Manage ventilation and monitor respiratory status throughout surgical procedures
Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams under direct supervision
Maintain continuous patient monitoring during pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases
Document all procedures accurately using Epic EMR
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
Support emergency airway management as needed during surgeries
Contribute to approximately 50 surgical cases daily
What You Need:Michigan RN/CRNA license or eligibility
BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
Prior anesthesia experience (preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Strong patient management and communication skills
