CRNA opening in Jacksonville, TXLocated in Jacksonville, TX - Tyler 30m; Longview 50m; Dallas 120mFull-time or Part-time; Employed W-2Seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists Overview: Seeking full-time or part-time CRNAs Independent CRNA practice model New graduates welcome with mentorship available Broad case mix including pain management, orthopedics, vascular, GI, podiatry, ketamine infusion therapy, and occasional pediatrics No OB, trauma, cardiac, or neurosurgical cases Opportunity to learn and perform regional anesthesia techniques Primarily 8- and 10-hour shifts No weekends or holidays Evenly distributed call schedule with rare callback Collaborative culture emphasizing work-life balance Long-tenured leadership with over 15 years of experience Comp/Benefits: Compensation based on experience Premium pay of $200/hour for hours worked over 40 per week Shift differentials: $12/hour evenings (3 PM-7 PM), $14/hour nights (7 PM-7 AM) and $16/hour weekends Evening and night differentials stack with weekend differential Holiday pay at 1.5 times regular rate Sign-on incentive up to $55,000 Student stipend available 403(b) retirement plan with employer match Front-loaded PTO (180 hours year one, 240 hours after first anniversary) Additional 40 hours of CME time annually $2,500 annual CME allowance Malpractice coverage Medical, dental, vision, and wellness benefits Optional home, auto, and pet insurance programs Group/Facility Info: Hospital-employed position Independent CRNA model Supportive anesthesia department with experienced leadership Long-standing CRNA chief providing mentorship and stability Collaborative environment focused on provider satisfaction Modern equipment and technology Integrated Epic EMR About the Area:Jacksonville is located in the Piney Woods region of East Texas and offers a relaxed, family-friendly lifestyle with excellent outdoor recreation, lakes, and parks.
