Locums CRNA Opportunity - Jasper, Indiana KEY CANDIDATE DETAILS Specialty: CRNA
Position: Locums
Location: Jasper, Indiana
Start Date: ASAP
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS - Required
Licensure: Indiana CRNA License Required
Call Response Time: 30 Minutes
Supervision: MDs Onsite; Little to No Supervision
AVAILABILITY / SCHEDULE Regular Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Call Hours: 3:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Call Schedule:
1 weekday call per week Combination of primary and secondary call Either 5:00 PM or 7:00 PM room per week CLINICAL REQUIREMENTS Required Case Experience:
General Orthopedics, primarily spine Urology Ophthalmology GYN ENT Podiatry OB - Heavy volume Dental and pediatric dental - Very limited Regional Anesthesia:
Spinals - Must be proficient Blocks - Must be proficient Epidurals - Must be proficient Case Logs: Required
Case Log Documentation: Proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks required
FACILITY DETAILS Providers During the Day: 9
Operating Rooms: 6
Endoscopy Rooms: 2
Cath Lab: 1
IR Room: 1
EMR: Epic
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS CRNA ACLS, BLS, and PALS required Proficient in spinals, blocks, and epidurals Case logs required as proof of experience Must be able to meet the 30-minute call response time Comfortable with little to no physician supervision Experience with a broad range of surgical cases, including heavy OB
