CRNA opening in Joplin, MO Full-Time OB Coverage Only 24-Hour ShiftsAn established anesthesiology group in Joplin, Missouri is seeking a CRNA to provide dedicated in-house OB anesthesia coverage in a medically supervised practice model that promotes CRNA autonomy.Opportunity Highlights:
Full-time CRNA opportunity
24-hour shifts covering OB only
In-house coverage solely for the labor and delivery unit
Join three other CRNAs supporting dedicated OB coverage
Approximate delivery volume of 1,800-2,000 per year
91 shifts per year with flexibility in schedule development
Medically supervised practice model with CRNA autonomy
Level II trauma center setting
Academic opportunities available
Opportunities to pick up internal locums shifts to maximize earning potential
No telemedicine

Compensation and Benefits: Salary from
$262,800
Educational/start bonus of
$80,000
Internal locums shifts available at
$175-$225/hour

Candidate Requirements: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
Missouri license or eligibility
OB anesthesia experience or strong interest preferred
Ability to provide in-house OB anesthesia coverage
Strong clinical judgment and comfort working in a collaborative anesthesia model
Interest in labor and delivery anesthesia and team-based patient care
