CRNA Michigan

Location: Michigan
Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with call 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM; call rotation every third weeknight and every fourth weekend; call response time 30 minutes
Setting: Independent CRNA practice model (as noted)
Travel and Lodging: Travel and lodging support may be available
EMR: MedAxion (Cerner transition noted)
Position Overview
Locum tenens CRNA coverage across a mix of casesProficiency with spinals, blocks, and epidurals requiredCase logs required (proof of epidurals and blocks, as noted)
Clinical Scope
General surgeryOrthopedicsOB and GYNEndoscopyENTPodiatryPediatric dentalNo heads, hearts, or spines noted
Required Qualifications
Active Michigan licenseRequired certifications as specified by the siteCandidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
Additional Notes
Vaccination required; exemptions may be accepted (as noted)A hotel adjacent to the facility is noted.
Credentialing
Credentialing timeframe noted as 60 to 90 days
