CRNA Locums - Ketchikan, Alaska Critical Access Hospital Anesthesia
AVAILABILITY Assignment Duration: 6 months Reason for Opening: Gap in coverage Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Call: Evening/weekend call required Current Call Structure: Approximately 2 on / 2 off; will depend on other provider availability Setting: Inpatient / Hospital Privileges: Hospital Facility Beds: 25 Rounding/Admissions: Admissions Patient Population: All ages Patient Volume: Variable; approximately 5-15 patient contacts per day LICENSE & CERTIFICATIONS Alaska License: Required License Status: Active AK license must be in hand at time of presentation Willing to License: No Board Certification: NBCRNA required ACLS: Required - American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS: Required NRP: Required PALS: Required ATLS: Required CLINICAL REQUIREMENTS Specialty: Anesthesia Provider Type: CRNA Trauma Level: Adult IV Facility Type: Critical Access Hospital EMR: EPIC EPIC Experience: Proficient user required Case Logs: Required clinical activity/case logs from the last 24 months REQUIRED PROCEDURES / EXPERIENCE General surgery Endoscopies Total joints Arthroscopies Peripheral nerve blocks Urology ENT Gynecology C-sections Pediatrics - dental, ENT and orthopedic cases Labor epidurals COVERAGE MODEL Solo Practice: No Provider will have support from: General Surgery Orthopedics Pediatrics OB/GYN Hospitalist ED Physician Allow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more!
