Specialty: CRNAScheduling not level at site. Needs Monday and Fridays coveredDates/Schedule: 4-10's alternating schedule to ensure Monday, Fridays are covered. Need 4-10's in 5 days (if working 4 shifts, the provider would have 1 day off during the week) or Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday shift workLength of Assignment: potential ongoing needsCall Ratio: weekend call is an optionCase Mix: No infants.
