New CRNA locum need in Kirksville, MO-Jan start-Multiple fill need-Inpatient-MO license required-Full time coverage needed-$275 Hr

Temp priv available
Need as many CRNA as possible
BNDD required
Shift Times:
Please note that every application needs:
-Phone number
-Active License Number
-Active state DEA Number
-Address (provider must be 90+ miles from facility)
-DOB
Skill sheet required:
CRNA MUST work without supervision and be proficient in blocks.
Must have Active CSR
Might be asked to do back up call
