NO OB. No neuro, Pain, plastics, Thoracic, Vascular or PulmonarySpecific skills are required: Regional Anesthetic blocks & nerve blocks. CRNA needs to be able to perform all blocksTrauma Level: Level 3. 154 beds# of Surgical Cases /year: 4,320 annual. Gen (625), Cardiac (35), Ortho (1,400), Gyn (200), Ophthalmology (75), Gastro (700), Podiatry (70), Urology (75), ENT (500) Oral/Maxillofacial (70)# of OR's: Weekdays- 4. Weekends- 1.Supervision and Ratio: Medical DirectiveActive License: PreferredCredentialing Time Frame: Avg 60 -90 daysCertifications Required: ACLS, BLSThe Independence Difference: Never worry about your travel accommodations again!
