Pay & Benefits:

What You ll Do:
Assist in the care of psychiatric patients in a hospital or mental health unit
Support nursing staff with patient activities and basic needs
Observe and report patient behaviors and conditions
Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment
Support patient participation in activities and therapies
Document patient interactions and care activities
Follow safety protocols and emergency procedures
What You Need:
Valid Nursing Assistant Certification or similar credential
Prior experience in psychiatric or mental health settings preferred
Strong communication and observational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Dependable and compassionate approach to patient care
