CRNA coverage across a broad case mixProficiency with spinals, blocks, and epidurals requiredCase logs required (site notes proof of epidurals and spinals)

Required Qualifications
Active Michigan licenseACLS, BLS, and PALS as required by the siteCandidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.

Credentialing
Credentialing timeframe noted as 60 to 90 days
