CRNA Opening in Leominster, MABoston 50mFull TimePermanent PositionSeeking CRNA to join a care team model comprising 5 anesthesiologists and 6 CRNAs at a community hospital in Leominster, Massachusetts.Facility Details:- 6 anesthetizing locations, including endoscopy and labor & delivery- Annual case volume: 7,000- Broad array of cases including orthopedics, general, vascular, thoracic, urology, ENT, ophthalmology, plastics, and OB/GYN- Requires proficiency in general, regional, and neuraxial techniques and acute pain managementPractice Model:- Beeper call from home, equally shared- Physician must be comfortable supervising CRNAs and performing own cases- Supportive, collegial work environment with excellent collaboration with surgical staff and hospital personnelCompensation:- Base salary: $265K- $50K Sign on bonus- Annual Retention Bonus after year 2Benefits:- Sign-on bonus- Comprehensive health and wellness benefits- Paid professional liability insurance, including tail coverage- Access to clinician wellness programs and CME resources - Opportunities for professional development and internal referrals
