CRNA Opening in TX Located in Longview, TXPosition Highlights: Full-time, hospital-employed W-2 CRNA opportunity
Join a cohesive and collaborative Anesthesia Care Team
High level of CRNA autonomy with strong Anesthesiologist support
Broad case mix including surgery, orthopedics, sports medicine, and more
No heart cases
Independent OB coverage with epidurals and spinals
No overnight OR call; in-house OB coverage only
Guaranteed 40 hours of pay per week with guaranteed scheduled premium hours
Shared staffing model with a master rotation offering significant scheduling flexibility
New graduates welcome
Texas licensure required or eligibility to obtain licensure
Compensation & Benefits: Competitive starting salary with additional earning opportunities
$200/hour premium pay for hours worked over 40 per week
Evening, night, and weekend shift differentials
Holiday shifts paid at 1.5x rate
Sign-on incentive up to $55,000
Student stipends available

$2,500 annual CME allowance

Qualifications: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
Licensed in Texas or eligible to obtain Texas licensure
Experienced CRNAs and new graduates encouraged to apply
