Qualified Candidates
Proficiency in OB anesthesia (350 deliveries per year), peripheral nerve blocks, and vascular access/line placement
Comfortable with independent/solo practice in a rural setting
Experience with pediatric, OB, peripheral nerve blocks, spinal and epidurals, and central line placement
Adaptable to variable call demands and case mix
Values autonomy and a wide scope of practice
Call Structure
1:4 solo call model
Call responsibilities: surgical cases, OB and other hospital needs including ED support, airway management, and line placement
>50% callback rate on primary call nights
Must be available within 30 minutes of the hospital while on call

Small anesthesia team with broad clinical responsibilities, high level of autonomy, dynamic coverage model requiring flexibility and collaboration
