CRNA opening in Mason City, IALocated in Mason City, IA - Des Moines 2h; Minneapolis 2hFull-time; Employed Overview: Join an established anesthesia team of 5 CRNAs and 4 Anesthesiologists Excellent work-life balance with a 1:8 call rotation, post-call day off, at-home call, and only one holiday call annually New graduates encouraged to apply with mentorship available from experienced CRNAs Strong physician support before, during, and after procedures Opportunity to teach SRNAs Team-oriented, collaborative work environment Broad case mix including General Surgery, Orthopedics, Spine, OB, Bariatrics, GI, and Cardiac cases Team-based anesthesia model with opportunities to administer regional anesthesia, general anesthesia, and monitored anesthesia care (MAC) Perform all case types except transplants Extra compensation available for additional work Comp/Benefits: Base salary up to $286,700 $90,000 bonus package Relocation assistance up to $15, days PTO annually CME allowance of $3,000 Additional compensation for extra work Employer-paid malpractice coverage with tail coverage Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Short-term and long-term disability coverage Two retirement plans Group/Facility Info: 342-bed regional referral teaching hospital Level III Trauma Center Regional health system serving 15 counties Network includes 8 critical access hospitals and 42 clinics Service area of approximately 260,000 patients More than 300 employed providers across a wide range of specialties Teaching programs include Family Medicine and Internal Medicine Residencies, Cardiology Fellowship, and Palliative Care Fellowship Access to comprehensive specialty support and advanced technology About the Area:Mason City is the largest urban center in northern Iowa, offering an affordable cost of living, excellent schools, and a family-friendly atmosphere.
