Mix of 10-hour and 12-hour shifts

Acute care hospital
14 anesthesia rooms
Medically supervised CRNA model (MDs supervise CRNAs; CRNA:MD ratio approx. 4:1)
MDs also perform their own cases
EPIC EMR
Clinical Scope
Broad case mix including:
General surgery
Orthopedics
OB
Endoscopy
EP / Cath lab
MRI
Vascular
ENT
Plastics
Urology
Da Vinci robotic cases
