Job description
HealthYes Staffing Network is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a permanent, full-time position with an established healthcare organization in California’s Central Valley near Modesto.
The CRNA will provide high-quality anesthesia care within a collaborative surgical environment supported by experienced physicians, nurses, and procedural professionals.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments
Review patient histories and diagnostic information
Develop individualized anesthesia plans
Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
Manage patients throughout the perioperative process
Monitor physiological responses and intervene appropriately
Support postoperative recovery and pain management
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and procedural teams
Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation
Follow applicable quality, regulatory, and patient-safety standards
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nurse-anesthesia program
Current NBCRNA certification or eligibility
Active California RN and CRNA licenses or eligibility
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
PALS certification when required
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
Experienced CRNAs and qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply

Annual salary: $306,000–$332,000
Final compensation based on experience and qualifications
