THIS ROLE:
NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Assistant Chief CRNA to join our dynamic team at Mon Health Medical Center in Morgantown, WV. The Assistant Chief will work in conjunction with the Chief CRNA and Medical Director of Anesthesia, anesthesiologists, CRNA staff, and all healthcare providers involved in the care of patients requiring analgesia/anesthesia services. A qualified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist involved in the administration of anesthesia related services as delineated by the Department of Anesthesia. Actively assists in managing and maintaining the daily services provided at the facility by the Chief CRNA to include culture, manpower, budget and all aspects related to the practice and performance of anesthesia and analgesia.

CASES INCLUDE:
Primary Care, Obstetrics/Gynecology, General Surgical Services, Gynecologic Surgery, Cardiology, Cardiac and Thoracic, Oncology, Neurology, Urology, Pulmonology, and Gastroenterology.
We Offer:
Top of Market Base Salary $237,000-$247,000 Base (Dependent Upon Experience) + $8,000 QI = $245,000-$255,000 Annually
Incentives, Chief Stipend & $75K Sign on Bonus
Generous PTO - 7-8 Weeks Based on Experience
