JOB OVERVIEW
• Job Title: CRNA - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
• Job Type: Permanent - Full-Time (0.8 FTE and above)
• Location: Munster, IN
• Service Setting: Hospital (28 ORs including GI suites, Cath Labs, IR)
• Schedule: 40 hours/week; 1 weekend/month
• On-Call Expectations: 1 weekend/month
• Start Date: Negotiable upon credentialing

• Deliver anesthesia care in ORs, GI, Cath Lab, and IR
• Participate in weekend call rotation (1 weekend/month)

• Collaborate with surgeons and fellow anesthesia providers
• Promote safety and quality in anesthesia delivery
