n nQualifications:
nnnMaster's or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program.
n
nnBoard certification as a CRNA.
n
nnActive license or ability to become licensed in California.
n
nnA commitment to continuous improvement, patient safety, and excellence in anesthesia care.
n
nnAbility to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
n
nnAuthorized to work in the United States.

n nFlexible Scheduling:
nnnFlexible scheduling is available.
n
nnPRN shifts are Monday - Friday and consist of 10-hrs & 12-hrs (potential to include 14-hrs).
n
n nKey Responsibilities:
nnnIndependently provide high-quality, comprehensive care to medical and surgical patients in a hospital environment, servicing a variety of surgical procedures in the Main OR.
n
nnManage all aspects of anesthesia delivery, including induction, maintenance, emergence, and post-anesthesia care.
n
nnMonitor patient responses and adjust anesthetic plans as clinically indicated.
n
nnCollaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, and perioperative teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
n

n nRewards and Compensation:
nnHourly PRN 1099 compensation is $175/hr.
