nCollaborative Local Team:
nnnJoin a strong, supportive care team of 10 physicians and 30+ experienced CRNAs across three campuses: Pine Ridge, Collier, and North Naples.
n
nnEight Main ORs, three Endoscopy suites, three Cath Labs, and two CVORs
n
nnWe take pride in our cohesive culture — where teamwork, respect, and mutual support drive everything we do.
n
n nQualifications:
nnnNBCRNA Board Certified or Eligible
n
nnAuthorized to work in the U.S.
n
nnNew graduates and experienced CRNAs are encouraged to apply
n
n nFlexible Scheduling:
nnnEnjoy a 4-shift work week with a mix of 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts.
n
nnNo weekday call.
n
nnLimited weekend call (with extra pay).
n
nnNo nights!
n
nnWaterfall leaves for smooth time-off planning.
n
nnWide variety of cases — including general, vascular, ortho, neuro spine, EP, endo, uro, and bariatrics.
n
nnHeart cases available (if desired), but no OB or pediatrics.
n
nnCRNAs perform their own blocks and lines, with full training and support provided.
n
n nKey Responsibilities:
nnnPractice full-scope anesthesia

nnPerform regional blocks
n
nnCollaborate closely within our trusted, fun, and team-oriented environment
n
n nCompensation & Benefits
nnnW-2 annual salary: $260,000 (includes $20,000 retention bonus)
n
nn1099 annual salary: $280,000 (includes $20,000 retention bonus)
n
nn$50,000 commencement bonus
n
nn7 weeks of scheduled time off per year
n
