Practice Model • Medical supervision model: 60% • Daily staffing: 3 CRNAs 2 MDs • ORs: 5 • Providers/day: 5 • OB volume: 380 deliveries/year Includes C-sections & VBACs • Callback rate: 67%
Case Types: Orthopedics, General Surgery, Endoscopy, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, Urology, ENT, Ophthalmology, and Plastic Surgery. Required skills include proficiency in spinals, epidurals, and peripheral nerve blocks, with OB anesthesia experience required.
