Carilion Clinic is recruiting Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for multiple, independent practice locations across Virginia , offering an ideal transition for academically trained and military CRNAs seeking clinical respect, practice stability, and long-term financial security . These opportunities combine no-call schedules , autonomous and team-based practice models , advanced surgical technology , and a regional-leading Total Rewards package - including a $50,000 sign-on bonus , an employer-funded pension plan , and eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) within a not-for-profit health system.
