Job description
AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our hospital-based anesthesia team serving AdventHealth Palm Coast, AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway, and the Palm Coast ASC.
This is an excellent growth and expansion opportunity for a hospital-employed CRNA who is looking for a collaborative anesthesia care team model, a diverse surgical case mix, minimal call, and a team culture that values teamwork, mutual respect, and work-life balance.

Advanced technology and procedures including da Vinci and Mako
Strong orthopedic program
Regional anesthesia experience supporting ERAS pathways
Cases include general surgery, orthopedics, gastroenterology, gynecology, plastics, urology, and interventional radiology
Supportive team culture that values teamwork, timely breaks, and lunch coverage
Candidate Qualifications
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Licensed or license-eligible in Florida
Strong clinical skills
Commitment to collaborative, high-quality care
Interest in working in a fast-paced, team-based anesthesia environment
Comfortable supporting both hospital and ambulatory surgery center settings
