Location: Longview, Texas - East Texas | Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 | Compensation: $225,000 – $250,000 | Earning Potential Up to $300,000+
The Opportunity
A well-established and collaborative anesthesia team at a Level II Trauma Center in Longview, Texas is seeking experienced CRNAs to join their highly skilled and supportive group. This is an outstanding hospital-employed W-2 opportunity offering a diverse case mix, flexible scheduling options, no call requirements, and one of the most comprehensive benefits packages in East Texas. With a sign-on bonus of up to $75,000, overtime pay, stackable shift differentials, and holiday premium rates - total earning potential can reach up to $300,000 or more annually. Flexible shift options - 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts available

Premium Pay Opportunities - evening, night, and weekend shift differentials can be stacked for additional earnings
Overtime Pay - for all hours worked above 40 per week
Holidays - paid at 1.5x pay rate
Total Earning Potential - up to $300,000+ annually with overtime and shift differentials
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $225,000 – $250,000 annually

Holidays paid at 1.5x rate

PTO: 180 hours on Day 1 first year - 240 hours annually starting on 1st work anniversary
CME: 40 hours + $2,500 CME allowance annually

Qualifications
Current CRNA certification - required
Active Texas CRNA license or ability to obtain prior to start
Strong clinical skills across a wide variety of surgical specialties
Epidural and spinal proficiency - required for optional OB cases

Team oriented with a commitment to patient safety and quality outcomes
