Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist opening in Rapid City, SD Full-Time Hospital and ASC Coverage Flexible Shift Options Starting Bonus up to $300,000A growing anesthesia team in Rapid City, South Dakota is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to provide anesthesia and analgesia services for surgical and obstetrical patients.Opportunity Highlights:
Full-time CRNA opportunities
Hospital and ASC coverage available
Work collaboratively with anesthesiologists
Provide safe, efficient, and effective anesthesia and analgesia services
Support surgical and obstetrical patients
Flexible shift options available, including 8, 10, 12, and 16-hour shifts
Self-scheduling model
One overnight call shift per month
Guaranteed post-call day off
Call shift hours included in the 40-hour work week
One weekend per month
Collegial team environment with nursing peers, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals

Candidate Requirements: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
South Dakota RN and CRNA licensure or eligibility
Experience providing anesthesia care for surgical and obstetrical patients preferred
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills
Comfortable working in a team-based anesthesia care environment
