Aug 31-Sept 4, Sept 21-25, Sept 28-Oct 2, Oct 5-9, Oct 12-16, Oct 19-23, Nov 23-27, Dec 7-11, 14-18, 28-31Shift Hours: 8-hour shifts. 7 AM - 3 PM, Late Room 7 AM - 5 PMCase Mix: ortho, Gen, ENdo, OB/GYN, Peds, Urology, ENT, Ophthalmology, Plastics. Must be proficient with Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals. Trauma Level: Level 3 trauma, C-sections and VBACs, 380 deliveries/year. # of providers per day: 5# of OR's: 5Active LicenseCredentialing Time Frame: 60-90 daysCertifications Required: DEA Required.
